About Eric Kohn

Eric Kohn is the President & CEO of Curious Task Strategies — a dynamic, aggressive communications and public affairs firm — and has been committing politics professionally since 2001.

A veteran of numerous political campaigns and grassroots activist organizations, Eric possesses wide-ranging experience in web development, e-communications & new media strategy, strategic & crisis communications and campaign management, serving clients in both the public and private sector spheres.

Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Chapter of America's Future Foundation, an organization dedicated to developing the next generation of classical liberal leaders in Chicago. Eric also serves on the leadership team of the Chicago Tea Party Patriots as the organization's spokesman and communications director.

Eric previously hosted "The Eric Kohn Program" on 1530-AM WJJG, and has filled in on "The Guy Benson Show" on 560-AM WIND and "The Ray Hanania Show" on 1530-AM WJJG.

In addition to his political and public affairs work, Eric also serves as Family Assistance Manager for Operation Homefront Illinois, a charitable organization that provides emergency assistance to active duty military families and wounded warriors.

An Illinoisan all his life, Eric grew up in downstate Belleville, Illinois. He is a graduate of Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois, where he was a noted political commentator in the pages of the award-winning student newspaper, "The Decaturian."

Eric currently resides in Chicago with his wife, Becca, and their daughter Harper.
